In March, Susan Howell, Senior Vice President, was the featured speaker at the Apartment Association of Greater Knoxville’s “Affordable Managers” group meeting held at The Pines. Susan spoke about hoarding and what options are available to property management groups to address the issue.
A nice crowd of LHP staff attended the event and enjoyed a BBQ lunch sponsored by a local vendor.
In April, several managers and maintenance supervisors in the area attended a “lunch and learn” also held at The Pines. Rotec, a vendor for LHP, developed this event especially for our group. They brought in a group of experts, (along with a catered lunch!), and presented a program about repairing damaged carpeting, mildew and odor issues in units, as well as steps to take after experiencing a major water leak.
