Dena Fischer, an Accountant for LHP, was recently crowned as the 2017 March Madness Master, having won the Corporate office bracket competition. Congratulations, Dena!
Martha Hopkins enjoyed taking members of her team, Shannon Chung (Area Manager), Amy Small (Community Director-Lee Manor), and Bear McGuire (Area Maintenance Manager) out to lunch!
Chaplain Ghosten had a great visit at Cloverdale Apartments in Bossier City, LA. Unknowingly, his visit fell on application day…so the minute he walked in, he got to work! After such a busy morning, our Chaplain took the staff of the property, along with the staff of another LHP property Red Oak Villa, to a wonderful lunch at Ralph & Kacoo’s.
LHP and the Tennessee Housing Development Agency invite you to attend a ribbon cutting at Imperial Garden in honor of their recently completed renovation (learn more about the event and renovation by visiting here).
The ribbon cutting will be held on Wednesday, April 12 at 10:30 AM Central Time. The property is located at One Imperial Boulevard in Smyrna, TN.

I received the message above from Tamakieta Monroe, the Manager at Southside Manor in South Fulton, TN. A resident that had recently moved in was so appreciative of her help that he offered to treat her to lunch. Tamakieta politely declined. Words of appreciation mean so much, and help provide that little bit of extra encouragement we all sometimes need to keep doing our best work.
