Remember a couple of weeks ago when I wrote about our Volunteer Time Off Program? If not, here’s the link.
Several of our employees are already taking advantage of this benefit! Check it out:

Devon Richards in Accounts Payable at Corporate spent her VTO time with our friends at Legacy Housing Foundation, helping at one of their Good Times events.
The Good Times Community Block Party is designed specifically to meet the unique needs of residents living in affordable housing by bringing them everyday essentials—and a positively good time—just when they need it the most.
If you’re local and interested in volunteering with them please contact Dean via email at dparker@legacyhousingfoundation.org.
Carmen Solomon and Jessica Phillips from Corporate wrapped gifts for The Angel Tree at our local mall.
The Angel Tree® provides much needed clothing items, special needs gifts and other wished-for toys to Knox County’s (and surroundingmetro area) neediest children. These gifts in truth give poor children”food for the soul” – the hope of a brighter future and thereassurance that someone does indeed care about them
Carmen mentioned that the need for volunteers this year is very high, so if this sounds like a way you’d like to spend your VTO, check them out here or on Facebook.
With gratitude & coffee,
