In return, you may qualify for a cash bonus. In 2022, LHP has increased the reward amount from $300 to $1,000. That’s right…$1,000!  When you refer a qualified candidate that leads to a hire, you’ll receive a $500 bonus after three months and then another $500 after six months. What could be better than helping a good friend find a fantastic job? Getting paid for it!

The referral program has helped LHP find dozens of top-notch new employees. Reggie Brown, Senior Maintenance Supervisor, has referred four successful candidates to LHP. His focus is on quality not quantity, he says, adding “I only want the very best people for my company.”

“People I know or that I meet always hear me talking about how good my company is,” Reggie says. “I tell people you are secure here as long as you hold up your end of the bargain. There’s a great support system in our field. If you have a question or you don’t understand something, you call and ask someone, and they are always here to help.”

Research has shown, and LHP’s history indicates, that one of the best sources for candidates are existing employees. Simply stated, good employees know other good employees.
