Springplace in Lenoir City recently invited residents to a reception to meet the new community manager, Stephanie Corum. The event was held in the community room in which there now hangs a portrait of the beloved and longtime property manager, JoAnn Sweet, who passed away in 2021. JoAnn was employed at the property for more than 20 years.
Here’s a pat on the back for all of you who work so hard to make LHP renovations run smoothly. Recently a resident at Dallas Manor who was thrilled with her newly renovated apartment made it a point to ask Kimberly Young, LHP Senior Relocation Manager, to pass along to upper management her appreciation. The resident said, ” Thank you. You have no idea how much this matters to me. It means so much, especially if you have never had anything brand new. Thank you.” She also allowed Kimberly to take a photo of her standing very proudly in her beautiful new kitchen.
A resident at Trevecca Towers made the news recently by submitting an opinion editorial to the local newspaper about the need for more affordable housing . In the article, the resident said, “On Jan. 11, I will have been in housing for one year. I am grateful to the staff of my housing complex and the associate property manager for treating me with respect and care. For the first time in over 20 years, I am living and not surviving.
