Is your property as pretty as a picture?
The Scruff is excited to announce a property photo contest, where any employee can win $100 for sharing their best exterior photo of an LHP property. The photo can be of any aspect of an LHP community so long as it is taken outside under natural sunlight. This is a fantastic way to have fun and to help us obtain flattering photos of our communities that be used for social media content and other materials on down the road. Exterior shots can include:
- Full building photos, entrances, breezeways
- Signage, landscaping and flower beds, community gardens
- Playgrounds, pools, picnic and grill areas
As for including residents or employees in your photos, it’s perfectly fine to do so, as long as they are not the main focus of the shot. You can use people to add scale and context to your photos, or to simply capture the sense of community that exists at your property. However, if a person’s face is recognizable, you will need to obtain a written photo consent from them to send along with your entry.
To enter, simply e-mail your photo to TheScruff@lhp.net. The deadline for all entries is Friday, May 19, 2023. If you are submitting multiple photos, please send one photo per e-mail.
Of course, your property is as pretty as a picture. So get creative and start snapping!
