Let’s hear it for our Maintenance Technicians who competed in Maintenance Mania®, a national competition where maintenance technicians compete against each other in skill-based games built around common maintenance activities, such as installing an icemaker, a water heater or a smoke/carbon monoxide safety alarm.

Yesterday in Nashville a regional competition was held and an LHP team along with support staff showed up to compete. Watch Reggie Brown nail the smoke/carbon monoxide alarm install

LHP had five competitors in the Nashville Maintenance Mania that was hosted by the Greater Nashville Apartment Association and sponsored by HD Supply. In addition to Reggie and Mark, James Sullivan, Jay DeWalt and Terrence Van Order competed. On hand to support and cheer on the team were Jay Cathey, Aleah Shrigley, Penny Ledbetter, Justin Lawson, Jody Martin, Dawn Wolfe, Tamara Billings and Philip McClain.
