LHP communities have been buzzing with activity, showcasing the dedication of our Property Management staff members and Resident Service Coordinators (RSC).

Dandridge Tower

RSC Joy Davis has connected residents with the FiftyForward volunteer project, which encourages seniors to participate in community service.  Recently, a group of Dandridge Tower residents volunteered at the Nashville Diaper Connection, and their impressive efforts resulted in wrapping 7,000 diapers for families in need! But wait, there’s more. Dandridge also participated in the Second Harvest Food Bank Mobile Market, where 65 residents received fresh vegetables, fruit, cheese, canned goods, snacks, healthy food samples, and healthy eating flyers with recipes.

A spotlight shines on Connor Searle, RSC at Frank Callaghan. Recognizing a crucial need for digital literacy, Connor partnered with the Tech Goes Home (TGH) program, providing a 15-hour digital literacy course. Thanks to a grant for Anderson County, graduating residents will receive free Chromebooks, empowering them in the digital age. Connor is also working to establish an emergency onsite food pantry, addressing the recent discontinuation of the local commodities program.
