Congratulations are in order for two awesome employees who have been promoted from within the company.
Darian Deal has been promoted to Assistant Regional and will be working with Regional Manager Aleah Shrigley’s team. Darian started with LHP as a Leasing Agent at Imperial Gardens and Colony Square where she was soon promoted to Assistant Manager. She was then promoted to Community Manager at Overlook Ridge.
Deon Trotter, a graduate of LHP’s Manager in Training program, has been working with numerous properties in the Nashville area. He has proven himself ready to manage his own property and has been promoted to Community Manager at Overlook Ridge. He will be working under the guidance and leadership of Aleah and Darian.
