Congratulations to Dericka Gunter, Service Coordinator at Beersheba Heights Tower, who has been named NHE Service Coordinator of the Year. The award is NHE’s top honor and is awarded each year to the most outstanding, over-the-top, resourceful, dedicated and hardworking service coordinator within NHE’s service portfolio.
Dericka received the esteemed honor from a pool of 75 deserving colleagues for her dedication to residents, outstanding customer service skills, team spirit, relationship with her management team and excellent file review scores, according to Vince Nguyen, Director of Service Coordination, NHE.
Whether it’s picking up bulk groceries to help residents stretch their budgets or mastering smartphones, Dericka approaches her job with a “can-do” and “let’s have fun” attitude that’s contagious, says Stewart Hale, Community Manager, Beersheba Heights Tower. Dericka goes above and beyond to connect with each resident, assisting them in identifying programs and services that can truly enhance their quality of life.
Stewart said the award was a surprise to Dericka, who humbly wouldn’t have considered herself a contender for the award. But her hard work, team spirit, and positive attitude make her very deserving of the NHE Service Coordinator of the Year recognition. Congratulations, Dericka – Beersheba is lucky to have you!
