Dandridge Tower threw a lively Cinco de Mayo celebration with the staff pulling out all the stops to create an authentic Mexican fiesta. Residents dined on yummy “tacos in a bag” – seasoned taco meat with all the trimmings: shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and sour cream. Margarita mocktails blended and served in brightly colored glasses were a huge hit! Everyone had fun toasting and celebrating together at the grande gathering.
