Chippington Towers I and II—a two tower community with 426 units — have officially completed their massive renovation! And what better way to celebrate such a huge undertaking than with, you guessed it, a gigantic party! Residents and staff recently gathered for a grand outdoor feast with all the classic barbecue favorites and lots of sweet treats–a mountain of cookies, delicious cakes and pies.

Community organization representatives, such as those from Fifty Forward, were on hand to engage with residents and assist with games and other activities. Officers with the Nashville Police Department visited to extend their congratulations and take the opportunity to remind residents, many of whom are elderly, about valuable safety practices.

The event served as a grand reopening, showcasing the refreshed living spaces and reaffirming the community’s commitment to its residents, says Moe Perry, Chippington Community Manager.

“At Chippington Towers, our goal is to foster a safe, clean environment, provide quality housing, and ensure that every resident’s needs are met,” says Moe. “The grand opening was just the beginning, and we’re committed to building a strong, supportive community together.” Congratulations to Moe and her amazing team!
