Thanks for visiting on this New Post Wednesday. I hope these stories give you the “warm fuzzies” like they did me.

Indian Ridge in Shelbyville, KY was selected to participate in a summer lunch program sponsored by the local school system. All children are provided a free meal daily throughout the summer. An average of 20-30 children is receiving a meal at Indian Ridge each day.

Sherry Bogard, Community Manager at Indian Ridge, learned about the program at the 2016 SAHMA meeting for the state of Kentucky. After an application and on-site evaluation, the property was selected. Sherry was even told that the property is one of their “nicest locations.” What a compliment!

Tori Carter, Community Director at Margaret Robertson in Hermitage, TN, received a Superior rating on the property’s recent Management and Occupancy Review (MOR), conducted by HUD. This is the highest rating that can be received on this type of audit. Way to go!

Joe Engle, President of LHP Management, recently received his Tennessee Real Estate Broker’s license. In order to become a Broker, you must first hold an Affiliate Broker’s license for a minimum of three years, as well as complete additional course work and pass both a state and national exam.

Save the Date!
