Congratulations to Tamakieta Monroe, Community Manager, Southside Manor, for achieving a Superior rating on her property’s recent Management & Occupancy Review (MOR). This annual review assesses compliance with the HUD Section 8 Subsidy Program, and Tamakieta’s accomplishment marks the second year in a row she’s achieved the highest rating.
Even more impressive, this year’s MOR resulted in zero errors or findings, making it the most successful MOR on record for LHP! Tamakieta’s dedication to quality and meticulous attention to detail are directly responsible for this achievement.
