In a fierce battle for recruits, LHP’s finest once again demonstrated they are up to the challenge of recruiting. During All-Star Recruiter Campaign II, over a dozen employees referred more than 13 qualified candidates for open positions at LHP. Their all-star efforts paid off, resulting in LHP recruiting four new players to the team.
Competing for both bragging rights and cold hard cash, employees vied for the top recruiter title. The grand prize? A whopping $1,000. Yesterday, HR Recruiter Mia Smith unveiled the winners during a celebratory Teams meeting. Reggie Brown, the esteemed Sr. Maintenance Supervisor at Dandridge Tower, emerged as the top recruiter, claiming the coveted $1,000 cash prize and the Rising Star Recruitment Trophy, which was presented to him by Regional Property Manager Dee Willis. Dee added an extra touch of “pop” to the announcement by bringing in a massive inflatable champagne bottle which hilariously bobbled across the screen.

All-Star Recruiter Reggie Brown celebrates his big win!
Jaared Jackson, Maintenance Technician at Trevecca Towers, secured second place with a $500 cash prize. Several employees battled it out for third place. To break the tie, Mia pulled one name in a draw, and Desiree Mitchell, Assistant Manager, Hickory Forest, was the lucky winner and received the $250 prize. Notably, these cash rewards were in addition to the regular LHP referral bonus so everyone who refers a successful new hire wins. Congratulations to all the winners, and a heartfelt thank you to every employee who participated!
