Indian Ridge treated residents to a summer bash July 20, an annual event that offers food, fun and entertainment. As families enjoyed hot pizza and refreshing ice cream, they listened to music and songs by Maintenance Technician Matt Vrba. Matt covered a mix of Jimmy Buffet, Johnny Cash, Kenny Chesney and other tunes that had residents of all ages singing along. Kids enjoyed blowing bubbles and throwing frisbees on the lawn and everyone involved had a good time.
The Pines in Knoxville is getting a major makeover. Residents gathered yesterday in a series of meetings to get a first look at the exciting plans for the property’s upcoming renovation. Built in 1978, the 152-unit family community is getting a significant rehab starting next month.
Richard Emison, LHP’s SVP of Construction, unveiled the unit upgrade plans that had residents buzzing with excitement. Andrew Allen from Christopoulous & Kennedy, provided a detailed construction timeline and essential safety guidelines. Kimberly Avon, LHP’s Relocation Director, outlined the comprehensive relocation support services that will be provided to each family while their units are being renovated and Amanda Weber, LHP Relocation Manager, was also on hand to answer questions and provide additional assistance. The property’s renovation is expected to be complete in two years.
