Stonecrest’s annual SummerFest is always huge and this year more than 100 people came out for an afternoon of good food, music, games, prizes and kid’s activities, including giant water slides and inflatables. The extensive menu ensured that even the pickiest eater had something good to eat. It included hot dogs, pizza, deep fried fish, cole slaw, pasta salad, baked beans, chips and cake. In addition, there was a large supply of household items and every family was able to pick five items. It was a fun day, but a very hot day, says Community Manager Terri Light, who also gave a special thanks to Brenda Hensley for helping with SummerFest 2022.
Henry Manor had two big events for residents in June. First, Legacy’s Good Times program visited offering free goods for residents and then Community Manager Robin Harrell and staff hosted Game Night where everyone enjoyed playing Taboo, Trivial Pursuit and Racko.
Harriman Gardens celebrated the July 4th holiday with a cookout serving up hot dogs with all the fixings, chips and cookies for dessert.
