I would like to give a big shout out to Stephanie Haynes! Since starting with LHP in 2008, I always had in the back of my mind, there would come a day when someone would have to fill those BIG “little” shoes of Susan Howell. I never thought LHP would find that one single person that could do just that. I thought it would take an army for just one shoe. I have been proven wrong! I don’t think there is a better fit to lead our department than Stephanie. She always goes above and beyond to help us in any way possible. She is a great listener who can look at all perspectives to solve problems and help find solutions that benefit us and our company. She is not only a wonderful leader, but she is kind and caring as well.
