Property management employees have been meeting with residents to share with them new customer service processes and introduce them to LHP’s new customer service promise: a positive resident experience or PRE. At Covenant Village, the meetings were held in conjunction with an ice cream party for kids (of all ages.)
At Chippington Towers, Community Manager Moe Perry created PRE t-shirts for the staff to wear for the rollout. Moe says the feedback from residents is great.
A positive resident experience was captured on paper and Regional Property Manager Brandy Ford was nice enough to send a copy to The Scruff. We’ll be talking a lot about PRE in the weeks to come and The Scruff hopes to share your stories about good customer experiences. Enjoy the thoughtful note Mr. Smith sent to 1100 Studio Community Manager David McVicar.
Resident thank you note to David McVicar
