Employee Appreciation Week at LHP was a TV star-studded affair. The week kicked off with a nod to “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.” Employees were invited to dress in their favorite 90s attire and to submit a video of themselves doing their best imitation of the Carlton dance. The videos were hilarious and lots of fun. Kudos to the brave participants which included Brandy Ford, RPM, Laura Canedy, Corporate Benefits & Leave Administrator, Ternesha Gordan-Harrison, Asst Mgr, The 1100 Studio, and the winner of the contest, Matt Jackson, Mgr, North Cleveland Towers.

On Tuesday, employees were treated to a lunch fit for a star, and on Wednesday, the festivities continued with a Friends-themed coffee break and invitation to dress up as your favorite Friends character. On Thursday, employees donned comfortable cardigans– Mr. Rogers’ signature look–and were treated to breakfast. Throughout the week, employees were also encouraged to submit shout-outs to their colleagues. One of the biggest hits was Friday’s TGIF. Employees received a $25 Amazon gift card and a free afternoon to get a jump start on the Labor Day holiday weekend. The photos capture the spirit of the week perfectly showing employees having fun, being creative, and appreciating each other.
