Employee Appreciation Week was all about celebrating the incredible people who keep our communities thriving. With LHP managing 56 multifamily communities across six Southern states, this year’s theme was a perfect fit: Southern States of LHP: A Big Thanks, Y’all!
Throughout the week, employees enjoyed fun emails featuring trivia and favorite Southern sayings. The schedule was packed with good times, including team lunches, sweet treats, and breakfast. Other surprises included gifts like a new backpack and an Amazon gift card. Employees also gave heartfelt “Shout-outs” to colleagues, a testament to the strong appreciation our teams have for one another.
A highlight of the week was Southern Cooking with LHP, a digital cookbook of favorite recipes submitted by employees. From banana pudding cheesecake to cornbread salad, the collection is a delicious reminder of our shared culture. The Scruff can’t wait to dig in.
A big thanks goes to Corporate’s Larissa Mohn and Meredith James, whose efforts made the week a true celebration of hard work, fun, and fellowship. Here are photos from some of the celebratory team lunches:
