⛳️Work, Play and Putting Away
Regional Property Manager Tamara Billings mixed business with a bit of friendly competition for the 3rd Quarter Managers Meeting. Instead of meeting online, team members gathered at PopStroke in Nashville for a day centered on collaboration and team building.
The gathering brought together community managers and maintenance supervisors from Radnor Towers, Overlook, Imperial Garden, Southside Manor, Margaret Robertson, Dandridge Tower, Ramblewood, and Hickory Forest, properties located in Middle and West Tennessee, as well as Madison Towers and Indian Ridge in Kentucky.
Before hitting the greens, the team spent the morning discussing key operational priorities, focusing on strengthening communication between office and maintenance staff, aligning on make-ready expectations, and refining unit inspection processes. Once business concluded, the group headed downstairs to test their mini-golf skills on the sprawling indoor/outdoor course that feels more like a champion green than a typical mini-putting course.
