Elected officials along with representatives from the Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) and affordable housing developer LHP Capital celebrate with resident Rita Young at a ribbon cutting ceremony Oct. 17. marking the official completion of the $8.3 million renovation of Madison Towers in Richmond, Ky.

Madison Towers is a 102-unit affordable rental housing community for seniors 62 and older and people with disabilities. The renovation which began in late 2015 was the first for the 35-year-old building.
