The wonder of our universe is fascinating to all who engage in appreciating its awesome beauty. Humanity will never explore all its wonderful designs in a lifetime, for it is too vast to fully comprehend. Nor can humanity understand how our world rotates upon its axis at so great a speed to create its ever-evolving seasons.

An anonymous writer said, “Life is like the seasons, always changing and unpredictable.” We have summer, spring, winter and autumn, seasons some of which give us sunshine, rain, and cold winters. Similarly, life has its own phases of happiness, sadness and ups and downs. Just like each season changes and gives way to the new season with hope, we should also acknowledge that life itself changes, and nothing is stagnant in life.

Imagine the wonders of God’s creation. A great biblical prophet invites us to “look up into the heavens. Who created all the stars? He brings them out like an army, one after another, calling each by name. Because of his great power and incomparable strength, not a single one is missing.”

Each of us are stars in this world. As the suns rises and sets, new little stars are created by the incomparable wisdom of God. Each creation is his own creation. Each is like a rainbow of colors.

With the changing of the seasons, there is a newness that bring joy into our lives. Transitioning from summer to fall, we can see the beauty in his creation. The multiple colors of trees as they change from green to brown, yellow, red, etc. reminds us of the different seasons.

Human lives have a season as well. We do not stay the same throughout our life. The biblical writer reminds us of this fact when he wrote in Ecclesiastes about a time for everything. He wrote “for everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.”

So, as we lavish in the beauty of our season, be thankful for life. Enjoy what life has to offer you – the good and not so good. It is the not so good which we experience in life that makes us appreciate the good. Growth comes from our experiences. Remember, happiness is a mindset that allow us to enjoy the beauty in all things. Never Give Up! Never Give Up! Never Give Up!
