Meadowbrook’s kids intent on being creative while learning important fire safety lessons
LHP Capital’s properties were fired up and ready for National Fire Prevention Week, thanks to advanced planning and teamwork! To help managers plan a successful week of resident education, Sarah Alexander, Director of Talent Management, distributed a packet of resources and materials that managers could print in advance. The packet included informational fliers for residents as well as materials designed especially for kids, including Fire Safety Coloring Books!
The books were at hit with the kids (see photo above.) For some communities, the best way to celebrate was with a live demonstration! Imperial Garden, Asbury Park and Ridgebrook both arranged a special visit from the local Fire Department, complete with firefighters and their impressive trucks. It was a massive success, providing a thrilling, up-close learning experience that the kids absolutely loved.
