Here’s a Manager making a B$G difference in her community. Twin City Manor Community Manager Jacquelin Udenze attended a recent Arkansas Chat N’ Chew and won a $1,000 grant provided by the Carl B. and Florence E. King & Windthrop Rockefellar Foundations. Jacquelin plans to use the money for a resident family fun day at the property with bounce houses, face painting, games, prizes, and plenty of good eats. 👏🎉

Way to go Jacquelin!

Park Place Apartments recently held its third annual Fall Festival. The event was a success, with a large turnout of families enjoying trick or treat, food, games, candy, and fellowship. During the festival, the winner of the “Show Me the Pink” Breast Cancer Awareness Month contest was announced. Residents who wore pink on Fridays throughout October were entered into a drawing for a gift bag.
