LHP CEO of Development Alvin Nance was the honoree at the Emerald Youth Foundation Legacy Award gala Nov. 16, 2021. The foundation presented Alvin with its annual award which recognizes someone who has made a significant and lasting contribution to the wellbeing of Knoxville’s youth and community.
Officials with Emerald Youth said Alvin “is a man of strong faith and much talent who is devoted to making a legacy investment in our city’s young people and families. Emerald Youth is proud to honor him as the 2021 Legacy Award recipient.”
LHP leadership in attendance at the dinner given in Alvin’s honor included Chairman Phil Lawson, CEO Carey Parker and COO and President Cristy Lockwood.
Emerald Youth is a faith-based organization that since 1991 has worked to support Knoxville’s youth and prepare generations of Godly community leaders.
