For many of us at LHP, the week wouldn’t feel complete without Chaplain Walter Ghosten’s “Chaplain’s Corner.” Every Thursday, his words arrive, offering comfort, wisdom and a gentle nudge towards hope.

But today, the tables are turned. Chaplain Ghosten, the one who has lifted us up so often, is himself in need of our support. Walter became ill over the weekend and is currently hospitalized at Parkwest Medical Center, Room 1228, in Knoxville. While we may not be able to physically be with him, our thoughts and prayers can be a powerful source of strength and comfort during this challenging time.

If you wish to send a card to Walter, you can do so through the hospital’s website here.

If you want to send a handwritten message to Walter, you can mail your letter to the Corporate Office, Attention: Human Resources, 900 South Gay Street, Suite 2000, Knoxville, TN, 37902, and we will ensure your message reaches Chaplain Ghosten.
