I recently received notice that Twin City Manor Apartments in West Helena, Arkansas received a 96b on their most-recent REAC (Real Estate Assessment Center) inspection.
As a refresher…the REAC inspection is a physical inspection of the property, conducted on behalf of HUD & the highest possible score is 100.
Lots of work goes into ensuring the property is in ship shape for these kinds of inspections.
Community Manager Michelle Sims & her staff did a GREAT job! Way to go!
Not to mention, the property won’t have to have another inspection for 3 years, as the frequency is based on the score.
