This week’s Pup, Close and Purrsonal comes to us from Kristen Comeau, Community Manager, Indian Ridge. She has three cats, two dogs and a turtle and says there is “never a dull moment in my house.”
While each pet is dearly beloved, Shelby, a 12 year-old Pitbull mix, holds a special place in the hearts of the Comeau family. “Shelby is our special girl and she means everything to us,” says Kristen. “We could not imagine life without her.”
Shelby loves her snuggles and sleeps in the bed with Kristen and her husband. Shelby is also a good listener and has been like a sister to Kristen’s daughter, now 16, and is a mom to the other fur babies.
“I am thrilled to share my family with everyone,” says Kristen. “They bring sooooo much joy and laughter to my home!”
